Please note that you can only withdraw funds from your trading account to a bank account held under your name. Dupoin is unable to facilitate funds transfers to or from third-party accounts.

What accounts can I use to deposit?
You must use your own personal payment accounts for deposits. We will not accept direct payments or payments to third parties. All the information you can find in the Client Area.
Why did my deposit fail?
Failure to make a deposit usually occurs due to insufficient funds at the bank, restrictions from the bank, or the wrong bank account number. Please notice that withdrawals requested must be addressed to the holder of this trading account. We are unable to transfer your funds to a third party. If the reason for the deposit failure is not one of the ones mentioned above, please contact our support team for assistance.
Are there any fees for deposits?
Dupoin does not impose any charges on deposits. However, your bank may apply extra transaction charges, please refer to the actual amount received.
How long does it take for deposits to be credited to the account?

How long does it take for withdrawals to be processed?
Withdrawals are typically processed within 2-4 business days. However, for large withdrawal amounts, there might be some delays depending on the application time and the bank's processing time. The actual duration for interbank transfers will apply.
Can I submit a withdrawal request immediately after the deposit is credited to my account?
A waiting period of 24 hours is required after making a deposit before you can initiate a withdrawal.
What should I do if the withdrawal shows successful, but the funds have not arrived in my bank account?
Withdrawals typically take 2-4 business days to process.
Why did my withdrawal request fail?
It could be that your withdrawal request was incorrectly addressed to someone else other than the holder as we are unable to transfer funds to a third party. Your withdrawal request could also fail if there are insufficient funds available in your account. If you are still having difficulties, please contact our Customer Services and we will assist you as soon as possible.
